This conceptual project was designed to provide an exterior renovation for an existing building to create a corporate office instead of a bank building. The building needed to be more modern and energy efficient. A glass entry and overhang was created to provide a more contemporary look, but, in order to prevent temperature and excess lighting issues, the building would be wrapped in corrugated metal enhancing the modernity of the design and increasing energy efficiency. To incorporate an exterior plaza, the parking was reoriented, allowing for the public outdoor space.
