Pockets - Dyer
Location: El Paso, TX
Year: 2015
Type: Tenant Improvement
Pockets is a 6,000 Sq.Ft. tenant improvement and building renovation. This project was influenced and designed based on the client’s limited budget. In order to design the most efficient improvement, a previous auto lube built in the 1960s was found to be the most promising.  The building had an existing open space with very few interior columns and had an exposed exterior metal structure that could be re-utilized for the new design. We emphasized the design of the existing structure by creating a covered patio where the existing entrance was previously located. The existing geometry was emphasized to create an exciting street view, drawing customers to frequent the business.
