The 4th Floor is a 10,000 Sq. Ft. renovation of the top floor of a medical office building. The project focused on providing living units for medical professionals visiting the building for month long training programs. Convenience for the doctors was essential. Each of the 3 guest suites were equipped with a kitchenette, living room, and office. A common den, larger communal kitchen, dining area, fitness room, lecture room, and an indoor golf simulation space were included for comfort and relaxation for visiting doctors.
